Ordering
We are pleased to offer our visitors the security and convenience of ordering direct online through our SSL secured shopping cart system. Privacy Policy
At Furry Angel, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use your personal information only to process your order and to provide a personalized shopping experience for you. We do not sell or provide your name, address, or e-mail to other companies or people. We may use your information to periodically send you notices of new products and special offers. If you do not want to receive this information, just Contact Us.
Sales Tax
Sales that are shipped to California will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Sales that are shipped to Kansas will be charged the sales tax in effect in the city to which they are sent.
Shipping
We typically ship USPS or Federal Express within 24 to 48 hours of order receipt. Our current shipping rates within the 48 contiguous US states $7.85 for the first item plus $2.55 for each additional item. Please e-mail us for rates to Hawaii and Alaska. If you would like us to overnight your purchase, please e-mail us to see if overnight delivery is available to your package destination, and the cost.
We do ship to Canada USPS First Class International. The rate is $8.50 for the first item and $2.55 for each additional item. This class of service does not have either tracking or delivery confirmation capability, however. If you require those services, we will ship USPS Priority Mail International. Please e-mail us for the cost.

Damaged Shipments
It doesn’t happen very often, but occasionally there is breakage in shipping. Please notify us as soon as possible so that we are aware of the situation. The sooner we know, the sooner we can replace the broken item.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call us at 800.284.0491 for a return authorization number. All we ask is that you return the merchandise within 20 days of receipt of your package, in the original carton and in good condition. When we receive the item back, we will issue you an immediate refund, or if you prefer, a Furry Angel store credit. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Wholesale
We do sell our candles and frames wholesale by the dozen, ½ dozen for the music cds. You may place your wholesale order using our secure, SSL encrypted online order system, here.

California wholesale customers, please provide your CA resale number. Kansas wholesale customers, please provide your KS Certificate of Exemption.
